Ingredients

Pie Cups

  • 1 box Pillsbury™ refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on box
  • 1 can (21 oz) more fruit apple pie filling, coarsely chopped (about 2 cups)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Topping

  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic, diced onions, cumin, chili powder and cayenne powder. Saute until fragrant.
  • Add diced tomatoes, onions, corn, black beans and a can of Traditional Progresso Chicken Noodle Soup. Bring to a boil.
  • Serve with sour cream, chives, cheddar cheese, tortilla chips and diced avocado.
