Up a Notch: Southwest Style Chicken Noodle Recipe
1 box Pillsbury™ refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on box
1 can (21 oz) more fruit apple pie filling, coarsely chopped (about 2 cups)
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic, diced onions, cumin, chili powder and cayenne powder. Saute until fragrant.
Add diced tomatoes, onions, corn, black beans and a can of Traditional Progresso Chicken Noodle Soup. Bring to a boil.
Serve with sour cream, chives, cheddar cheese, tortilla chips and diced avocado.
