Ingredients

  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) freshly chopped basil
  • 180 g (6 oz.) La tomme de brebis de charlevoix cheese, cubed
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) of coarsely ground pistachios
  • 500 ml (2 cups) of sliced strawberries
  • 1 L (4 cups) of roquette
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) balsamic vinegar
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) olive oil
  • 10 ml (2 tsp.) maple syrup
  • To taste, salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Divide roquette among 4 plates.
  • Spread berries, pistachios, basil and cheese uniformly over roquette.
  • Mix all vinaigrette ingredients in a small bowl.
