Ingredients

  • 4 tortillas 15-cm (6-in.) in diameter
  • 125 mL (½ cup) Fontaine Santé Greek olive hummus cocktail
  • 20 slices of Sensations by Compliments Old-fashioned Capicollo
  • 4 Sensations by Compliments Old-Style Smoked Ham
  • 1 red sweet pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 2 green zucchini, cut into thin strips
  • 250 mL (1 cup) Mediterranean taste microgreens

Instructions

  • Place tortillas on a clean work surface and spread 30 mL (2 tbsp.) of hummus onto each one. 
  • Top with the capicollo and ham slices, sweet red pepper and zucchini strips, and 60 mL (¼ cup) of microgreens. 
  • Roll up the tortillas and cut into 3-cm (1¼-in.) rounds that look like sushi.
