Ingredients

  • 1 baguette (350 g), cut into 24 slices
  • 1/2 cup Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Product
  • 1/2 lb. (115 g) thinly sliced prosciutto, cut into 24 pieces
  • 1/4 cup tightly packed baby arugula
  • 6 small figs, cut into quarters
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Place bread slices in single layer on baking sheet.
  • Broil, 4 inches from heat, 2 to 3 min. on each side or until lightly toasted on both sides.
  • Spread toast slices with cream cheese product; top with prosciutto, arugula and figs.
  • Sprinkle with pepper.
