Instructions
In a bowl,add eggs and whisk them well. Make sure there are no lumps.
In a sauce pan,add oil and when its hot,add ginger,garlic,chili pepper,spring onion whites and fry for some time. Add chicken stock,salt,pepper powder,vinegar,soy sauce and bouillon. Cook for some time. Mix cornstarch in little water and add to soup.
Now,reduce the heat and slowly drop the egg in a continuous stream and stir in continuous motion. Cook on lowest flame for 2 mins and switch off the heat. Garnish with spring onion greens and fried noodles. serve hot!
