Ingredients

  • 115 g (1/3 of 350-g loaf) baguette, cut lengthwise in half
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 shallot, chopped
  • 1 lb. (450 g) cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded 3 Cheese Pizza Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup

Instructions

  • 1. Place baguette halves, cut sides up, on foil-covered baking sheet.
  • 2. Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add shallots; cook and stir 1 min. Add mushrooms and garlic; cook 7 to 9 min. or until mushrooms are tender and liquid is cooked off, stirring frequently. Spoon evenly onto baguette halves; top with cheese.
  • 3. Bake 12 to 15 min. or until cheese is melted and topping is heated through.
  • 4. Drizzle ketchup over topped baguette halves. Cut into 8 slices to serve.
