Easy Fish Tacos Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pkg Old El Paso* Smart Fiesta* Hard Taco Dinner Kit
- 1 pkg (500 g) frozen white fish fillets
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) reduced fat mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 6 cups (1.5 L) coleslaw mix

Instructions
- Bake fish fillets as directed on package.
- Cut each fillet into bite-size pieces.
- Heat taco shells in oven as directed on box.
- In medium bowl, mix mayonnaise and seasoning mix; stir in coleslaw mix.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
- Fill shells with fish pieces and coleslaw mixture; top with taco sauce.
