Cheddar Cheese & Marmalade Toast Directions :

• Cut cheese slice into 3 even pieces.
• Place on top of toasted bread.
• Drizzle with orange marmalade and serve.

Mashed Avocado & Egg White Toast Directions :

• In a small mixing bowl, mash avocado with a fork.
• Spread mixture on toasted bread slice.
• Spray a small skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
• Fry egg whites in skillet at medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
