  • 250 mL (1 cup) plant-based milk or milk of your choice (hot or cold)
  • 15 mL (1 tbsp.) cocoa powder
  • 0.2 mL (1/8 teaspoon) ground cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  • Pour the milk and the rest of the ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth.
  • Take a nice big gulp.
