Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. oil
  • 1 onion , chopped
  • 1/2 cup Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Light Cream Cheese Product
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 16 frozen potato and cheddar cheese pierogies
  • 1-1/2 cups chopped cooked reduced-sodium ham
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Light Mozza-Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  • Add onions; cook 5 min. or until softened, stirring frequently.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add cream cheese product and milk; stir until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  • Combine pierogies, ham and peas in 2-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray; toss lightly with cream cheese sauce and top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake 30 min. or until heated through.
