Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 pkg. (300 g) flatbread
  • 1-1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 1/4 cup roasted red pepper strips
  • 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  • 1. Cook first 5 ingredients in saucepan on low heat 3 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  • 2. Spread bread with 1/4 cup peanut sauce; top with chicken, peppers and mozzarella. Place directly on oven rack.
  • 3. Bake 8 to 10 min. or until mozzarella is melted and edge of crust is golden brown. Drizzle with remaining peanut sauce; sprinkle with cilantro.
