Ingredients

  • 6 cups cooked rice
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 cups sliced carrots
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups snow peas
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cans (213g) Clover Leaf Low Sodium Sockeye Salmon, drained and flaked (remove skin & bones as desired)
  • 1/4 cup low sodium teriyaki sauce (to taste)

Instructions

  • Prepare rice according to package directions.
  • Set aside.
  • In sauce pan, sauté garlic, carrots, broccoli, snow peas, and green onion in oil for 8-10 minutes until tender and crisp.
  • Add salmon and teriyaki sauce and heat through.
  • Serve immediately with rice.
