Instructions
Heat oven to 220°C/200°C fan forced. Place onion and garlic in the bottom of a large roasting tray. Add chorizo, and then top with chicken, potato, and rosemary. Drizzle with olive oil; bake for 45 minutes or until golden.
Make MAGGI Roast Chicken Gravy according to packet instructions. Serve with chicken, chorizo and potatoes.
