Ingredients

  • 2 CUPS FROZEN STRAWBERRIES
  • 1 CUP POMEGRANATE JUICE
  • 2 FROZEN BANANAS*
  • 1 CUP SILK UNSWEET ALMONDMILK
  • 2 CUPS FROZEN BLUEBERRIES
  • 1 1/2 CUPS SILK UNSWEET ALMONDMILK
     
    *REMEMBER TO PEEL AND CHOP THE BANANA BEFORE FREEZING

Instructions

  • Blend frozen strawberries and pomegranate juice until smooth.
  • Divide between two glasses and freeze for several minutes.
  • Prepare white layer
  • Rinse blender, then blend frozen bananas and 1 cup Silk until smooth.
  • Divide between two glasses, on top of red layer, and freeze for several minutes.
  • Prepare blue layer
  • Rinse blender, then blend frozen blueberries and remaining Silk until smooth.
  • Divide between two glasses, on top of white layer, and freeze for several minutes.
  • Garnish with additional fruit and enjoy!
