  • 1 x 3.5oz (100g) Bar LINDT EXCELLENCE White Coconut, chopped
  • ¼ cup (60ml) Rum
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) Coconut liquor
  • 2/3 cup (160 ml) Crushed ice

Instructions

  • Heat the pineapple juice in a saucepan until it comes to a boil, then remove from heat.Stir in the chocolate. Continue stirring until completely melted.Add rum and coconut liqueur.Chill completely. Shake or whisk before serving.Serve in tall glasses over crushed ice.
