Ingredients

  • 1 whole wheat pizza crust
  • 45 mL (3 tbsp.) Le Grand garden pesto
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 sweet red pepper, thinly sliced
  • 24 shrimps, cooked
  • 12 blanched asparagus spears
  • 75 mL (1/3 cup) shaved Parmesan cheese
  • To taste, salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 230°C (450°F).
  • Spread pesto on pizza crust.
  • Top with onion and pepper.
  • Arrange shrimp and asparagus evenly on top.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan shavings and season to taste.
  • Bake in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until Parmesan begins to brown.
  • Serve immediately, accompanied by a salad if desired.
