Ingredients

  • 4 cups milk
  • 2 sticks cinnamon, broken in 1/2
  • 5 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 1/4 cup Gefen Unsweetened Cocoa
  • 3 ounces milk chocolate, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons Gefen Marshmallow Creme
  • Ground nutmeg

Instructions

  • In a large saucepan, bring the milk and the two cinnamon sticks to a simmer. 
  • Add brown sugar, coffee, and cocoa. Whisk to blend. 
  • Add milk chocolate and whisk until melted. 
  • Remove cinnamon sticks.
  • Ladle into four mugs.
  • Top each with a plop (one tablespoon) of marshmallow fluff.
  • Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
