Ingredients

  • 5 mL (1 tsp.) celery salt
  • 1 mL (1/4 tsp.) fleur de sel
  • 2 mL (1/2 tsp.) lime zeste
  • 2 lime wedges
  • Ice cubes
  • 180 mL (3/4 cup) tomato and clam cocktail (e.g., Clamato)
  • 30 mL (2 tbsp.) vodka
  • 5 mL (1 tsp.) Worcestershire sauce
  • A few drops red Tabasco sauce
  • 3 green olives
  • 1 miniature sweet red pepper
  • 1 Pork Shop Maria meat cartridge
  • 1 celery stalk with leaves

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together the celery salt, fleur de sel, and lime zest.
  • Moisten the rim of a large glass with a lime wedge and dip into the celery salt mixture to coat. 
  • Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  • Add tomato-clam cocktail, vodka, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco sauce.
  • Squeeze in the juice of the lime wedges. 
  • Stir well with a spoon.
  • Garnish with olives, miniature pepper, meat cartridge, and celery stalk. Serve.
