1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) no-salt-added black beans, rinsed
1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) Heinz Dark Red Kidney Beans, rinsed
1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) lima beans, rinsed
1/3 cup molasses
YIELD 12 servings, 1/12 recipe each
1. Cook and stir bacon, onions and garlic in large skillet on medium heat 8 to 10 min. or until onions are golden brown; drain. Return bacon mixture to skillet. Add sugar, vinegar and mustard; mix well. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min., stirring occasionally.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in 3-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with bacon mixture.
3. Bake 50 min. to 1 hour or until hot and bubbly.
