Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g), cut into strips
  • 1 each sweet green and red pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 1 cup Heinz Chili Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Heinz Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions

  • 1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 4 min. on each side or until evenly browned on both sides.
  • 2. Add vegetables, garlic, chili powder and crushed pepper to skillet; stir. Cook 3 to 5 min. or until vegetables are softened, stirring frequently.
  • 3. Mix chili sauce and vinegar until blended; pour over chicken. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 15 to 20 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF) and sauce is slightly thickened, stirring sauce occasionally.
