Ingredients

  • 4 cups macaroni , uncooked
  • 4 cups small cauliflower florets
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 4 cups milk
  • 3-1/2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozza-Cheddar Cheese , divided
  • 1/3 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese

8 sevings, 1-1/4 cups (300 mL) each

Instructions

  • Cook macaroni in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding cauliflower to the boiling water for the last 5 min.
  • Meanwhile, melt butter in large saucepan on low heat.
  • Add flour and nutmeg; cook and stir 2 min. or until hot and bubbly.
  • Gradually stir in milk; cook and stir on medium heat 3 to 5 min. or until mixture comes to boil and thickens.
  • Add 2 cups cheddar; cook and stir 2 min. or until completely melted.
  • Drain macaroni mixture.
  • Add to cheese sauce in pan; mix well.
  • Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining cheeses.
  • Cover.
  • Bake 30 min. or until heated through, uncovering for the last 10 min.
