Colourful corn salad Recipe

Ingredients

• 750 g (1 bag) Arctic Gardens frozen super sweet corn
• 5 tomatoes, diced
• 2 cans (540 ml/19 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
• 175 mL (3/4 cup) green onions, sliced
• 45 mL (3 tbsp) fresh coriander, chopped
• 2 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
• 175 g (6 oz) Feta cheese, diced
• 340 g (12 oz) cooked shrimps

Salad Dressing :

• 45 mL (3 tbsp) lime juice
• 125 mL (1/2 cup) olive oil
• 2 garlic clove, chopped
• 5 mL (1 tsp) ground cumin
• Salt and pepper
