Grilled Onion Blossom Recipe
1 large Vidalia onion
3 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
2 Tbsp. Bull's-Eye Guinness Draught Beer Blend Barbecue Sauce

Makes 4 servings, 1/4 recipe (116 g) each.
1. Peel onion; partially cut into 6 wedges, being careful to not cut through to bottom of onion.
2. Place on large sheet of foil. Gently pull onion wedges apart; sprinkle with cheese. Drizzle with barbecue sauce. Wrap tightly with foil.
3. Grill 40 min. or until onion is tender and lightly browned.
