Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. onion salt
  • 4 lb. (1.8 kg) pork spareribs
  • 3 limes, divided
  • 3/4 cup Heinz Sweet & Spicy Memphis Style BBQ Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
  • 1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine sugar and dry seasonings; rub evenly onto both sides of ribs.
  • Place in roasting pan sprayed with cooking spray; cover with foil.
  • Bake 1 hour 45 min. or until ribs are tender.
  • Heat barbecue to medium heat.
  • Squeeze juice from 1 lime; mix with barbecue sauce and Sriracha sauce until blended.
  • Transfer ribs from pan to barbecue grate.
  • Grill 15 min., turning and brushing occasionally with barbecue sauce mixture.
  • Place ribs on platter; sprinkle with cilantro.
  • Cut remaining limes into wedges; serve with the ribs.
