  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/4 cup slivered red onion s
  • 2 tsp. grated gingerroot
  • 1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) Heinz Deep-Browned Beans in Tomato Sauce
  • 1 mango , chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp. zest and 1 Tbsp. juice from 1 lime

Instructions

  • 1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add onions and ginger; cook 3 min., stirring frequently.
  • 2. Stir in beans; cook 3 min., stirring occasionally. Add mangos; cook and stir 1 min. Remove from heat.
  • 3. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
