150 g Gotzinger cheese kransky cut into small pieces
1 brown onion peeled diced
2 cloves garlic large crushed
1 carrot large peeled cut into small pieces
2 tbs olive oil
500 g Remano Tomato,Onion and Garlic pasta sauce
1 celery stick finely chopped
1/2 tsp Vegeta Gourmet Stock powder
1/2 tsp sugar
1 salt and pepper *to season
1 Parmesan finely grated *to serve
1 packet San Remo spaghetti

Instructions
Cook the spaghetti as per the packet instructions in large pot of salted boiled water.
Heat the oil in a large saucepan on medium- high heat. Add onion, carrot, celery, kransky and garlic and cook, stirring for about 5 minutes. Add the mince an stir with wooden spoon for to break up any lumps. Cook for 20 minutes, or until the mince changes colour and is cooked through.
Stir in the pasta sauce and reduce the heat to medium - low and cook covered for another 15 minutes, or until the mixture thickens. Taste and season with Vegeta powder, sugar and pepper.
Serve the spaghetti on a plate or bowl and top with the pasta sauce mixture. Sprinkle with a little bit of parmesan.
