Seaweed: Dissolve dried seaweed and 3 sheets of nori in a cup of water. Then simmer it for about 10 minutes. Set aside to cool down.
Preheat your oven to 160C. Slice the carrot with a sharp veggie peeler. Add into a bowl when ready.
Marinate with the sea salt and 2 drops of liquid smoke (Be careful with the liquid smoke, it really is strong in taste). Mix well with your hands. Add into the middle of an aluminium foil sheet and then make a little package. The carrots inside should have a bit of air to steam, but otherwise should be sealed well. Put into the oven and bake for 25 minutes. When done, turn off the heat and leave for 10 more minutes in the oven. Open the door open slightly to remove a little bit of the heat and then close immediately.
Remove from the oven and open the package. Be careful, it's hot! Cool down to lukewarm and then marinate with the oil, lemon juice, another drop of liquid smoke and the seaweed juice. Mix well with your hands. Put into the fridge and then let it rest for 1-3 days, mixing once every day.
