Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (2-layer size) chocolate cake mix
  • 1-1/2 tubs (280 g each) Philadelphia Cream Cheese Whipped Frosting
  • 10 drops blue food colouring
  • 1 pkg. (188 g) mini candy-coated milk chocolate eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4-1/2 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  • Prepare cake batter and bake as directed on package for 24 cupcakes.
  • Cool cupcakes in pan 10 min.
  • Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
  • Spoon frosting into medium bowl.
  • Add food colouring; mix well.
  • Spread onto cupcakes; top with chocolate eggs.
  • Combine cocoa powder and vanilla.
  • Dip new clean paintbrush or pastry brush into cocoa mixture.
  • Use your fingers to carefully flick the brush to splatter the cupcakes with cocoa mixture.
