Ingredients

  • 60 g clam
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 10 g Parmesan cheese
  • 3 strand Parsley
  • 2 garlic clove
  • 30 mL (2 tablespoon) Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 °F.
  • Wash and heat the clams in a covered pot until they open. Keep the lower and middle part of the clams. Put them on an oven dish.
  • Peel and press the garlic, wash and snip the parsley. Mix everything with the parmesan.
  • Cover the clams with the mix. Lightly salt, add pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Brown in the oven.
  • Wash and cut out the tomatoes following the length. Season with some salt, some pepper and a drizzle of olive oil.
  • Serve the clams au gratin with the tomato salad.
