Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 tsp. Magic Baking Powder
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 cup butter , softened
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 egg s
  • 2-1/2 cups mashed fully ripe banana s (about 7)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 pkg. (300 g) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • 1. Mix flour, baking powder and baking soda. Beat butter and granulated sugar in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Blend in eggs. Add bananas and vanilla; mix well. Add flour mixture to butter mixture alternately with sour cream, mixing well after each addition.
  • 2. Pour half the batter into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle half over batter in pan. Top with half the chocolate chips. Repeat layers.
  • 3. Bake 50 to 55 min. or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean.
