Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 500g chicken mince
  • 230g can water chestnuts, chopped
  • 230g can bamboo shoots, chopped
  • 2 (240g) carrots, cut into matchsticks
  • 700g Chinese cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 pkt MAGGI Teriyaki & Sesame Chicken Stir Fry
  • 4 (100g) shallots, sliced
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 pkt MAGGI 2 Minute Noodles Chicken Wholegrain
  • 1 lettuce, outer leaves cut into cups

Instructions

  • Heat oil in large frying pan, add chicken, cook for 5 minutes or until browned. Add water chestnuts, bamboo, carrot, cabbage and MAGGI Teriyaki and Sesame Infusion Paste cook for a further 5-6 minutes
  • Meanwhile cook MAGGI 2 Minute Noodle Chicken as per packet instructions; drain and add to pan.
  • Stir through shallots, coriander and noodles. Serve into prepared lettuce cups and drizzle with MAGGI Teriyaki and Sesame Finishing Sauce.
