Ingredients

  • 1 pkt MAGGI Fusian Laksa Premium Noodles
  • 2 cups (500ml) Boiling Water
  • 200g Chicken mince
  • 3 cups (240g) Broccoli, Cut Into Florets
  • 1 bunch (400g) Baby Bok Choy, Chopped Coarsely
  • 4 (100g) Spring Onions, Thinly Sliced
  • 1/4 cup Coriander Leaves
  • 1 hard boiled egg, peeled and halved

Instructions

  • Break MAGGI FUSIAN Laksa Noodle cake into quarters and add into a large saucepan with boiling water, bring to the boil.
  • Using 2 teaspoons, carefully form balls of chicken mince, add to noodle mixture and simmer for 4 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Add MAGGI FUSIAN Laksa flavour mix & coconut milk powder sachet, broccoli and bok choy. Bring to boil, simmer a further 1-2 minutes or until vegetables are just tender.
  • Stir through green onions; using a ladle pour laksa soup in each bowl. Top with coriander, egg, lime wedge and chilli.
