Break MAGGI FUSIAN Laksa Noodle cake into quarters and add into a large saucepan with boiling water, bring to the boil.
Using 2 teaspoons, carefully form balls of chicken mince, add to noodle mixture and simmer for 4 minutes or until cooked through.
Add MAGGI FUSIAN Laksa flavour mix & coconut milk powder sachet, broccoli and bok choy. Bring to boil, simmer a further 1-2 minutes or until vegetables are just tender.
Stir through green onions; using a ladle pour laksa soup in each bowl. Top with coriander, egg, lime wedge and chilli.
