Shape the meat mixture into patties and set aside.?Heat a small amount of olive oil in a frying pan and set over high heat. Once the oil is hot, place the patties in the pan (don't overcrowd) and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side, until fully cooked through and golden brown. This may take more or less time depending on the thickness of your patties.
