Ingredients

  • 1 package (650 g) Flamingo BBQ Chicken Wings
  • 1 package (250 g) cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp. ) lime or lemon juice
  • 250 ml (1 cup) sour cream
  • 2 cups (500 ml) salsa
  • cup fresh cilantro, minced
  • 8 twigs of chive, minced
  • Freshly ground pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Cook wings according to instructions on packaging.
  • Prepare dip while wings are cooking.
  • Drain salsa in a sieve.
  • Place cheese and juice in a bowl and mix with a fork.
  • Add sour cream, drained salsa, cilantro, chive and pepper to this mix.
  • Mix thoroughly using a whisk.
