Instructions
Cut 1/4-inch-thick slice off top of each apple; discard.
Cut out apple cores; discard.
Starting at top of each apple, make vertical cut (about 1/4 inch from peel) around flesh of apple, being careful to not cut through to bottom of apple.
Repeat to make second parallel cut, about 1/4 inch closer to centre of apple from first cut.
Turn apples over.
Make vertical cut down into each apple, being careful to not cut all the way through apple.
Repeat to make additional vertical cuts in apple, allowing about 1/4 inch between cuts.
Place apples in individual baking dishes.
Add 2 caramels to centre of each apple.
Combine next 3 ingredients; spoon over apples.
Bake 20 to 25 min. or until apples are tender.
Cool slightly.
Mix cream cheese product and milk until blended; spoon over warm apples just before serving.
