All-Bran* Cheesecake Crunch in a Jar with Seasonal Fruit Recipe

Ingredients
175 mL or ¾ cup 35% whipping cream
60 mL or ¼ cup icing sugar
½ vanilla bean
300 mL or 1 ¼ cups light cream cheese
75 mL or 1/3 cup All-Bran Buds* cereal
125 mL or ½ cup seasonal fruit fresh or preserves

Instructions
Using electric mixer, whip cream, icing sugar and vanilla bean pulp until soft peaks form. Transfer to bowl; refrigerate while beating cream cheese.
Using paddle attachment, beat cream cheese, frequently scraping down bowl, until there are no lumps. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese; mix slowly until smooth.
Place cream cheese mixture into piping bag with large straight tip; layer with cereal and fruit into four 125 mL (1/2-cup) Mason jars.
