20-Minute Salsa-Lime Skillet Fish

Ingredients

  • 4 small skinless fish fillet (tilapia, cod or salmon fillets), 1 pound
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup Pace® 30% Less Salt Medium Salsa
  • 1 lime
  • 3 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  • Season fish as desired.
  • Heat oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook fish, turning once, until light golden on both sides, about 6 minutes.
  • Remove to plate.
  • Stir salsa into pan; reduce heat to medium.
  • Grate ½ teaspoon lime zest into pan.
  • Juice ½ of the lime and add to pan.
  • Return fish to pan spooning some of the salsa over top; simmer for 3 to 4 minutes until fish flakes easily.
  • Sprinkle with cilantro.
