Wasabi-Ginger Tuna Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) Fat Free or 2% Plain Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) minced pickled ginger
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) wasabi powder
  • 1 green apple, cored and chopped
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) chopped parsley
  • 2 pouches (85 g each) CLOVER LEAF Rip'n Ready Pouch™ Yellowfin Tuna Pieces
  • Salt
  • 2-3 slices of apple, garnish

Instructions

  • In large bowl, combine mayonnaise with yogourt, ginger, wasabi, apple and parsley.
  • Stir tuna into mayonnaise mixture until evenly combined.
  • Taste and season with salt.
  • Serve as a sandwich filling or as part of a salad plate.
  • Garnish with apple slices.
