Ingredients

  • 2 squares coarsely chopped Lindt Excellence 70% cocoa dark chocolate
  • 30 mL (2 tablespoons) dried cranberries
  • 60 mL (1/4 cup) whole pecans
  • 15 mL (1 tablespoon) amaretto liqueur
  • 30 mL (2 tablespoons) maple syrup
  • 1 200-gram round Brie cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180oC (350oF)
  • Place cheese in a baking dish.
  • Combine maple syrup and amaretto.
  • Reserve.
  • Arrange pecans, dried cranberries and chocolate on cheese.
  • Pour amaretto and maple syrup mixture over top.
  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
  • Serve immediately, with slices of Compliments European baguette.
