Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
  • 3 Tbsp. hot water
  • 2 Tbsp. Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. oil, divided
  • 1 lb. (450 g) extra-firm tofu, well drained, patted dry and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 green onions, cut into 1-inch lengths
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 1 each red and yellow sweet pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces

4 servings, 1-1/2 cups (375 mL) each

Instructions

  • Whisk together first 4 ingredients until blended.
  • Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in wok or large skillet on high heat.
  • Add tofu; cook and stir on medium-high heat 5 to 6 min. or until golden brown.
  • Transfer to plate.
  • Heat remaining oil in wok.
  • Add onions, garlic, ginger and crushed pepper; stir.
  • Cook and stir 1 min.
  • Add sweet peppers; cook and stir 4 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender.
  • Return tofu to wok along with the dressing mixture; stir.
  • Bring to boil; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until thickened.
