Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) frozen mango, divided
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup (250 mL) lite coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup (175 mL) frozen peach chunks
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) frozen pineapple chunks
  • 2 strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) All-Bran Buds* cereal
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) toasted coconut
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) natural sliced almonds
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) chia seeds

Instructions

  • Chop 1/4 cup (60 mL) mango into smaller pieces.
  • Set aside for topping.
  • Add remaining mango, banana, coconut milk, 1/2 cup (125 mL) water, peaches and pineapple to blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Spoon smoothie into two serving bowls.
  • Top evenly with sliced strawberries, cereal, toasted coconut, almonds, chia seeds and reserved chopped mango.
  • Tips:
  • Replace chia seeds with hemp seeds if desired.
  • You can substitute any seasonal berries for strawberries.
