Ingredients

  • 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cans (19 fl oz/540 mL each) black beans, rinsed
  • 1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 pkg. (35 g) taco seasoning mix
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Light Tex Mex Cheese

Instructions

  • 1. Brown meat with onions in large saucepan.
  • 2. Stir in all remaining ingredients except cheese. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally.
  • 3. Serve topped with cheese.
