Ingredients

  • 175 ml (½ cup) plain yogurt
  • 2 ml (½ tsp.) salt
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ package Compliments fresh
  • 2 l (8 cups) green Swiss chard leaves
  • 2 ml (½ tsp.) lime juice
  • 45 ml (3 tbsp.) Compliments olive oil

Instructions

  • In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook chard for one minute.Drain well.
  • Transfer to a food processor and add tarragon leaves and garlic. Purée until smooth.
  • Add salt, yogurt and lime juice. Blend.
  • Add olive oil slowly while continuing to blend.
  • Serve with hot linguine or fettuccine topped with lobster, crab or shrimp.
