  • 2 oz. Copper & Kings American Craft Brandy
  • 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 3⁄4 oz. maple syrup
  • Handful mint sprigs (1 for shaking, 1 for garnish)
  • 7 dashes Peychaud’s bitters

Instructions

  • Combine Copper & Kings American Craft Brandy, fresh lemon juice, maple syrup, and a handful of mint in a cocktail shaker filled with ice; shake vigorously.
  • Strain into a chilled rocks glass with a large ice cube and garnish with mint sprig to serve.
