Ingredients

  • 1/2 bag (375g) Arctic Gardens green beans
  • 1 tbsp light miso paste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 english cucumber in thin slices
  • 3 Nori seaweed sheets, cut in 5

Instructions

  • Blanch the green beans and put in iced water to cool down.
  • In a bowl, mix miso, lemon juice, sugar and sesame oil. Add the green beans. 
  • Lay down the Nori sheets, add the cucumber slices, then the green beans in a perpendicular way and roll.
  • Serve
