Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Cornbread Stuffing Mix
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup shredded Cracker Barrel Old Cheddar Cheese , divided
  • 1 medium tomato, seeded, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. green chilies, drained, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup hot water

Makes 6 servings, 1 slice each.

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Place stuffing mix in large bowl. Add eggs, 1/2 cup of the cheese, the tomatoes, chilies and water; mix well.
  • 2. Spoon into greased 9x5-inch loaf pan; smooth top with back of spoon. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
  • 3. Bake 20 to 25 min. or until heated through. Let stand 5 min. before cutting into 6 slices to serve.
