Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) white beer
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) orange juice
  • 1 pinch of saffron threads
  • 24 litchis, peeled, pitted and halved
  • 2 pink grapefruit, peeled and cut in cubes
  • 1 pomegranate
  • 5 mL (1 tsp.) vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Pour white beer and orange juice into a small bowl and add the saffron threads to soak.
  • In another bowl, combine litchis, pink grapefruits and arils from the pomegranate.
  • Drizzle fruit with vanilla extract.
  • Pour beer mixture over the fruit and toss to combine.
