Ingredients

  • 1 cup Philadelphia Whipped Plain Cream Cheese Product
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tsp. lemon zest
  • 1 English cucumber , cut into 48 slices
  • 8-1/2 oz. (240 g) smoked salmon , cut into 48 small pieces

Instructions

  • Mix cream cheese product, dill and zest until well blended.
  • Spoon onto cucumbers.
  • Roll up salmon pieces; place over cream cheese mixture.
