  • 225 g (1/2 lb.) mascarpone cheese
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) salmon caviar
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) fresh parsley, chopped
  • To taste, salt and pepper
  • 5 slices smoked salmon

Instructions

  • Carefully mix mascarpone, caviar, and parsley.
  • Season to taste.
  • Lay out salmon slices and spread with mascarpone and caviar mixture.

  • Arrange on a serving plate.
