Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion s
  • 3 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil
  • 1/2 tsp. finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2/3 cup fresh bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Renée's Caesar Dressing
  • 8 portobello mushroom s, stems and gills removed
  • 3/4 lb. (340 g) cooked cleaned large shrimp

Instructions

  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  • Add onions, basil and rosemary; cook 3 to 5 min. or until onions are softened, stirring frequently.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add bread crumbs, cheese and dressing; mix well.
  • Place mushrooms, top sides down, on parchment-covered baking sheet.
  • Top with bread crumb mixture; press gently into mushroom caps to secure.
  • Bake 30 to 35 min. or until filling is heated through and mushrooms are tender, topping with shrimp after 15 min.
